2016 ANNUAL CONFERENCE - ALL SCHOOL ALUMNI NETWORKING EVENT

The All School Alumni Networking Event is a terrific, cost effective way to connect with your Dallas/Fort Worth alumni while you are in Fort Worth for the 2016 ACSN Conference. This fun networking opportunity will be held the Tuesday night of the conference. You are welcome to attend and invite your Fort Worth area alumni. Please note that we require a representative from your school be present if you are inviting alumni to the event.

You will be provided a table to meet and greet your alumni. Be sure to bring swag and wear your school colors. Encourage your alumni to meet and mingle with alumni from other schools. The evening includes appetizers, cash bar, and ample opportunities for your alumni to make new connections.

All School Alumni Networking Event

• Date: Tuesday, July 12, 2016
• Time: 7:00 PM — 9:00 PM (please plan to arrive by 6:30 to set up your table)
• Location: Renaissance Ft. Worth (our conference hotel) 
• Cost to Participant: $15.00 per attendee. Participating schools will have the option of discounting the cost $5.00 and/or purchasing drink tickets for their alumni.
• Cost to School: If your school decides to offer the $ 5.00 per ticket discount or purchase drink tickets, this will be billed to you immediately following the conference
• Registration will be done centrally
• ACSN will produce name tags and participant lists. Schools will be provided weekly registration updates prior to the event. This is an ACSN sponsored event.
